Bilingual campaign drives home how teens can be stopped for not wearing seat belts

The Florida Highway Patrol needed a cut-through bilingual campaign to let teenagers know they could be pulled over if an officer spotted them driving without being buckled up.  We showed teens how to dress for safety success with a campaign that sets them on a course for a lifetime of safety belt usage.
