Health Resources and Services Administration
Thumb-stopping animation creates awareness for the Poison Help line.

The Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) Poison Help line is your source for everything poison-related. The problem? It was the best-kept secret in poison control. Our approach was to break through with a message about poison control that looked nothing like the category’s traditional communications. And doing so where our audience spends their time - on social media and digital video.

Clever animation brought a weekly poison control tip to life, teaching our audience about everything from proper medicine disposal to carbon monoxide poisoning.

Real-time data analysis and social listening were used to pivot based on audience feedback and current events.

The approach worked establishing the HRSA Poison Help line as the single best resource for any poison-related question or emergency.
