Brunet-García received a healthy vote of confidence in its marketing expertise from the Healthcare Advertising Awards last week. The agency won six awards in the oldest, largest, and most widely respected healthcare advertising awards competition.
The agency received gold recognition for the “Fight the Flu” radio spot featuring Rey Mysterio, a well-known lucha libre wrestler, created for the United States-Mexico Border Health Commission. The poster series for the same campaign featuring Mysterio also received a merit award.
Brunet-García also received silver and bronze recognition, respectively, for “Poison Help”PSA and radio spot created for the Health Resources & Services Administration.
The company’s self-promotional material for the Brunet-García Public Health Team, a national team of experts who create healthcare communication campaigns, emblazoned with the slogan “Health Yeah!” won a silver medal for imprinted materials and a merit award for the logo.
The awards are sponsored by Healthcare Marketing Report, the leading publication covering all aspects of healthcare marketing, advertising, and strategic business development. A national panel of judges reviewed entries for creativity, quality, message effectiveness, consumer appeal, graphic design, and overall impact.
