Sulzbacher Center

The Sulzbacher Center is the only provider of comprehensive services for homeless families in Northeast Florida. It is sadly apparent, by the increasing numbers of homeless within our community, that the housing crisis and the downturned economy have had a severe impact on many families in our region.

Brunet-García, in partnership with Paul Figura Photography, approached the Sulzbacher Center with the idea of creating a 30-second public service announcement (PSA) that would encourage altruism during the Christmas holiday season by drawing a parallel between a young homeless couple and the story of Christmas in Bethlehem.

In support of the PSA we created a mini-website to direct prospective donors to the center's fundraising web page and secured a mobile phone text-give account to capture funds from those viewers motivated to donate immediately after watching the commercial.
