ONE by ONE
With a graduation rate just under 67%, Duval County is facing a devastating dropout crisis. The ONE by ONE campaign is an initiative powered by the Jacksonville Public Education Fund (JPEF) to predict, prevent and solve the crisis through empowered involvement of young people and the crucial support of their community. We helped JPEF launch the ONE by ONE campaign in September 2011, by branding and creating the ONE in THREE exhibit at The Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens, where dramatic photographs by Ingrid Damiani profiled 20 students in Duval County. Their stories demonstrate the power of an engaged community that works ONE by ONE to ensure that all students are successful in school.
